Stage 1
The club, promoter, or official ticketing body controls when ticket files are issued. For major events, final barcodes are deliberately withheld until close to the event date. This is a security measure designed to prevent counterfeiting and unauthorised transfers. No marketplace seller can issue a final ticket file before the organiser releases it.
Stage 2
Verified sellers, professional resellers or original purchasers list tickets on Love1Ticket. All sellers are checked before listing. Once a buyer completes a purchase, the seller is notified immediately and is required to fulfil the order within the platform's delivery window.
Stage 3
After the ticket release, the seller has up to 48 hours to transfer or upload the ticket to the Love1Ticket secure portal. This window accounts for the time a seller may need to receive the ticket file from the original issuing platform. Orders not fulfilled within this window are escalated automatically by Love1Ticket with penalties and fines.
Stage 4
Before any ticket is released to a buyer, Love1Ticket checks the validity and what was purchased. This verification step is the platform's guarantee layer, buyers receive authentic tickets.
Stage 5
Once verification is complete, Love1Ticket sends the buyer an email notification with a direct link to the secure portal. The buyer logs in and downloads the ticket or follows mobile transfer instructions. No constant refreshing is required at any point.
