You will always be notified by email when your tickets are sent, along with any relevant access instructions. Delivery timelines depend on the ticket format, which may be electronic or physical (paper). Electronic Tickets (Most Common) Most tickets are issued electronically and delivered closer to the event date. PDF Tickets PDF tickets are usually emailed 24–48 hours before the event, allowing you to print them at home at your convenience. Mobile Tickets Mobile tickets are typically transferred 24–48 hours prior to kick off. Depending on the club or governing body, you may be required to download a specific mobile app to receive and present your tickets at the stadium. In all cases, clear instructions on how to access and use your tickets will be emailed to you based on the ticket type selected. Please note that, in rare cases, electronic tickets may be delivered on the day of the event. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately with clear instructions. We guarantee that tickets will be delivered in sufficient time for entry to the event. Where physical tickets are issued, suppliers aim to dispatch them 3–5 days before the event. You will receive an email confirmation once they are sent. Physical tickets will only be distributed to the billing address for added security. UK deliveries: Typically arrive the next working day after dispatch. International deliveries: Usually arrive within 1–3 working days. In some cases, physical tickets may be delivered on the day of the event or made available for local collection. If you are concerned about delivery timing, please contact us promptly so alternative arrangements can be made. If you are travelling from abroad, we strongly recommend providing a local delivery address or hotel address in the match city to avoid delays.
Due to an increase in fraudulent card activity across online purchases, we may request additional documentation to verify that the billing details provided match those of the payment card used.
