Terms & Conditions

1. OVERVIEW 

1.1 INTRODUCTION

This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") under which Love1Ticket  (hereinafter referred as "Love1Ticket", "Us" or "We" where applicable) provides ("You", "Your" or "Customer") the opportunity to purchase tickets listed on Love1Ticket Website at www.love1ticket.com (the "Website"). By using the Website and purchasing tickets over the Website you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.2 MODIFICATION.

If we decide to amend, alter or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement, we shall notify you by posting a revised version of the Agreement on the Website or emailing you at your registered email address. Such a new agreement will automatically take effect and replace the terms of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised version of this Agreement, do not continue to use the Website.

1.3 ABOUT US

N.S.A Hospitality Services Co. LLC t/a "Love 1 ticket" (www.love1ticket.com) is a limited liability company registered in United Arab Emirates. We can be reached by email at info@love1ticket.com. We are not directly affiliated with any event promoters, clubs and organisers and we act as a ticket reseller offering the Customer the opportunity to attend events and experience them live from inside the venue.  

2. REGISTRATION 

2.1 REGISTRATION

Registration is required for you to purchase tickets or services from Love1Ticket via the Website. You may register with us by providing your real name, address, phone number, and email address. Your registration details are completely confidential and private.

2.2 USERNAME AND PASSWORD

You will need a username and password to access certain areas of the Website. To place and confirm your booking, you will need to have a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password and you are responsible for any action taken under your username or password. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information on our systems.

2.3 USER CONDUCT AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Customers are expected to use Love1Ticket's services in good faith and in compliance with these terms and conditions. If Love1Ticket determines that you have used your account to commit misconduct, fraud, or actions that endanger the integrity of our marketplace in any way, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures including, where proportionate, the suspension or termination of your account.

Actions that may result in account suspension include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or purchase
  • Attempting to defraud Love1Ticket, sellers, or other customers
  • Violating ticket terms and conditions or venue policies
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Love1Ticket customer service
  • Reselling tickets purchased from Love1Ticket without authorisation
  • Any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform

Love1Ticket will review each case individually and may provide customers with an opportunity to address concerns before permanent account suspension. Decisions regarding account suspension will be made in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and Love1Ticket's internal compliance procedures.

3. PURCHASING TICKETS 

3.1 SELECTING TICKETS

As a Customer, you choose a ticket from the listings on the Website and, when you have found the ticket (s) you want at the right price, you click to buy that ticket (s), enter and confirm your credit or debit card information and confirm the purchase of the ticket (s).

3.2 PRICING

Event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market where prices may change at any time. Only when you have completed a transaction by clause 3.4 below is that transaction concluded at that price. Ticket prices are always set by our trusted suppliers and can be above or below the face value. Ticket prices are usually set at a level which exceeds their original "face value". Love1Ticket does not set the ticket prices; the price advertised at the time of purchase is based on a service fee for obtaining the premium ticket for the customer from its international ticket agents. Please note that prices can change daily until a contract is formed with us. Love1Ticket does not hold any responsibility for a late contract being formed with the Company. Some tickets are sold at 0 (nil) value of the ticket but carry service fee premiums as the Customers are paying Love1Ticket a service fee to obtain the ticket from its international ticket network on their behalf.

At the time of booking, the client expressly accepts the difference in price over the face value of the tickets, due to changes in supply and demand, the degree of difficulty, the cost of obtaining and most importantly the cost involved in servicing and delivering the tickets to the client's position. Love1Ticket prices will be different from the prices that may be specified on the actual ticket and the client cannot derive any rights from these. Once payment has been done, the order would have been confirmed and no price change will occur after payment has been done at the price published at the time of booking.

Tours and activities prices are set by the tour operator/supplier and are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator/supplier.

Discounts and Promotions:

Any discounts, promotional codes, or price reductions offered by Love1Ticket apply solely to the ticket value and exclude all service fees, delivery fees, administrative charges, and applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases. Love1Ticket reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

3.3 ADDITIONAL CHARGES / TICKET REQUEST FEE

You may be charged processing and other fees such as delivery charges which will be displayed on the screen, before your binding commitment to purchase is made. Love1Ticket will not be liable for any credit card or bank charges. Love1Ticket implements a service charge, amounting to 30% off the total order price.

You may send us a ticket request if no tickets are available for your chosen event. A request fee is payable upon the successful submission of the ticket request. Once you have received an offer for your requested event Ticket, the fee will be subtracted from the final amount if you wish to proceed with the Offer. If you decide not to proceed with the quoted price, then Love1Ticket will consider services rendered, and no refund of fees will be applicable.

3.4 PAYMENT AND CURRENCY CONVERSION

100% full payment must be received and verified by Love1Ticket to guarantee that a ticket purchase transaction has occurred. Accepted forms of online payment include credit cards and debit cards.

Currency and Conversion:

All ticket prices are based on the Event Country Currency, which is displayed on www.love1ticket.com. To make it easier for customers to purchase tickets from international sellers, Love1Ticket provides currency conversion estimates through our website currency converter.

Important Currency Disclaimer:

The currency converter available on the Website is a simple tool designed to give customers an approximate value in their local currency. Love1Ticket updates conversion rates regularly so the price you see is a close representative and indicative value to what will be charged by your bank or payment processor; however, we cannot guarantee it will be exactly the same due to:

  • Fluctuating currency exchange rates
  • Bank or credit card company conversion fees
  • Payment processor exchange rate margins
  • Timing differences between quote and transaction processing

Customer Responsibility:

Love1Ticket will not be responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges applied by your credit card issuer or bank. These charges are separate from Love1Ticket's service fees and are determined by your financial institution.

Ticket prices are guaranteed only when your order is placed and payment is successfully received and verified by Love1Ticket.

3.5 CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email receipt will be issued upon placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, do not assume your order has not gone through; instead please email us at info@love1ticket.com or contact our dedicated team via the live chat or message us on WhatsApp at +447488888000 to request an confirmation. We are not responsible for any internet connection errors experienced while making an online booking or for problems related to the Card Issuing Bank. If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact our offices to verify your online booking before making another booking. All orders once confirmed are final with no exchange or refunds permitted.

Your confirmation email will include details of the tickets or services you have purchased, corresponding to the description of the tickets or services on the Website at the point of sale. Please note that failure to provide the correct name, address and delivery details could lead to failed or refused delivery or your ability to collect tickets or ticket packages. If you fail to provide the correct name, address and delivery details this is at your own risk and Love1Ticket takes no responsibility and is not liable for your failure to gain access to events arising therefrom.

While we try and ensure that all listings on the Website are accurate, technical errors may occur. If we discover that an error has occurred which has resulted in an incorrectly confirmed order Love1Ticket will inform you as soon as possible and reserves the right to cancel your order. Where it is possible we will give you the option of reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled without any liability to us.

Love1Ticket reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will refund the full payment of tickets/services purchased to the customer in the unlikely event that Love1Ticket is unable to provide its customers with the requested tickets/service. Love1Ticket is not liable for any other charges such as hotel or flight changes due to the cancellation of event tickets or services.

3.6 EVENT CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENT, AND EVENT CHANGES

Events are sometimes postponed or cancelled completely. Event dates and times are usually printed on the tickets and are not usually subject to change but in some cases can. You must check with the event venue or local media to ensure that you arrive at the correct time and on the correct date. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will often be valid for the new date and you will not in any circumstances be entitled to a refund for a re-scheduled event. Please be aware that on occasion an event organiser may at their discretion or owing to production changes opt to withdraw a seating location and supply an alternative. Love1Ticket cannot be held liable for this change if you are unhappy with the alternate ticket(s). In the event of a date/time change related to football events, bookings for football services/tickets purchased and confirmed, are non-refundable or cannot be exchanged for another fixture different than the rescheduled event.

All ticket purchases on our website are final and no refund or exchanges will be given unless the event is cancelled entirely and the original event organisers offer Customers a refund for their tickets (excluding football matches which cannot be refunded in all cases). If the organisers of the event do offer a refund in the event of a cancellation, to be entitled to a refund you must send to us (via a secure and traceable courier service) the original tickets purchased via the Website and within the time frame communicated to you by us. In that case, only the original face value of the ticket will be refunded as services of obtaining the tickets by Love1Ticket would have been filled as the customers are also purchasing Love1Ticket’s service represented by the effort of the staff to acquire premium tickets from its International Agents. Some Event Providers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated or destroyed tickets. In that case, only the original face value of the ticket will be refunded. In no event will delivery and service fees be refunded. Love1Ticket will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that Customers incur in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

All events and times are subject to change, it is up to the Customer to check local listings for any updates. Love1Ticket is not responsible for partial performances, or venue, date, or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances nor will Love1Ticket be liable for any costs arising from these changes such as travel and accommodation costs.

Love1Ticket will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to bookings, or any loss or damage to you arising out of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to any Act of God (rain-outs, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, pandemics, severe weather, etc.), war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, government regulations, venue capacity restrictions, or decisions made by event organisers.

In such circumstances, Love1Ticket will follow the refund policies outlined in Section 3.6 where applicable, but will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by customers including travel, accommodation, or other costs.

3.6.1 DATES, TIMES, AND EVENT CHANGES

Event Scheduling:

Event dates and times are always subject to change by event organisers. Schedule changes occur frequently in the live events industry, and it is important that you regularly check with the event venue or local media to confirm the correct time and date of your event. In some cases, event organisers will move the date or time of matches, concerts, or performances with little advance notice.

When you make a purchase for a specific event, you are purchasing tickets for that event regardless of the date or time at which it is ultimately held. Love1Ticket has absolutely no control over scheduling decisions made by event organisers, venues, leagues, or governing bodies.

No Refunds for Date/Time Changes:

Love1Ticket cannot offer refunds if there are changes to event dates or times. All times listed on the Website are local to the area of the event. With this in mind, please carefully consider your ability to attend on alternative dates before placing your order.

Travel Arrangements:

If you are arranging airfare, accommodation, or other travel in connection with an event, you must purchase flexible tickets and reservations that allow for changes should the date or time of the event change. Love1Ticket is not responsible for any costs incurred due to non-refundable travel arrangements.

Postponed Events:

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date of the event. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, Love1Ticket cannot cancel the booking or offer refunds; however, you may contact us to arrange a consignment sale to attempt to resell your tickets. Please refer to Section 3.10 (Ticket Resale and Consignment Policy) for details.

Partial Performances and Other Changes:

Love1Ticket is not responsible for and will not issue refunds for:

  • Partial performances or shortened events
  • Artist, performer, or athlete lineup changes
  • Venue changes or relocations
  • Production changes affecting seating or viewing angles
  • Security measures or venue policies
  • Reduced event duration or modified programming
  • Supporting act cancellations or replacements
  • Changes to event format or structure

No refunds will be issued in these instances, and Love1Ticket shall not be liable for any costs arising from these changes including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by customers.

Customer Responsibility:

It remains the customer's responsibility to verify event details, including date, time, venue location, and lineup, before attending the event. Love1Ticket is not liable for notifying customers of such changes, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes where we are informed by event organisers.

3.7 QUERIES AND TICKET VALIDITY

All queries relating to tickets purchased via Love1Ticket must be directed to Love1Ticket’s Customer Services department AND NOT the relevant venue or promoter. However, if you breach the applicable ticket, promoter or venue terms and conditions or you direct any queries relating to the tickets to the venue or promoter rather than Love1Ticket and as a result, are not able to gain entry to the event or if tickets have been cancelled as a result of your communications, then you shall not be entitled to receive any refund. Love1Ticket is not responsible if the venue or promoters refuse the Customer’s entry even if having a valid ticket. In this case, no refunds will be given under any circumstances and Love1Ticket shall not be held responsible for any other expenses about the booking such as travel, accommodation etc. It Is common for someone else's name to be on all tickets being purchased on this site, this includes but is not limited to football, concert, festivals, fashion week shows, movie premiers, and firework tickets. The name you see printed on the tickets are typically the name of the original purchasers. Love1Ticket only obtains tickets through its ticket network that are authentic, that have not been duplicated or tickets that have not been reported stolen. Please note it cannot guarantee this but in the unlikely event of an invalid ticket, a full refund of the ticket’s face value will be offered only, the difference in amount will be for services paid in obtaining the tickets for you. Love1Ticket shall not hold any responsibility for other expenses related to the booking such as travel, and accommodation. If the Customer was prohibited to enter the venue due to reasons not about the validity of the ticket. If the ticket was invalid, Customers need to contact Love1Ticket immediately (as our agents might be able to replace the ticket on the spot) and present proof of the invalid ticket. If the invalid ticket could not be replaced at the same time of the event, and only after examining the proof given to Love1Ticket, a full ticket refund (Face Value only) is applied.

3.8 TICKET SUBSTITUTIONS AND UPGRADES

Substitution of Seats:

In certain cases, exact seat locations may be substituted by sellers with equal or better seat locations. Love1Ticket and our ticket suppliers reserve the right to upgrade your seat(s) should the originally ordered seat(s) become unavailable or if a supplier defaults on delivery.

No Unauthorised Downgrades:

Tickets can never be downgraded without the express consent of the customer or without an agreed discount being applied. Any downgrade must be approved by you before tickets are delivered.

Seating Hierarchy:

For the purposes of determining upgrades and downgrades, Love1Ticket applies the following hierarchy of seats from worst to best:

Stadium/Arena Events:

  1. Shortside Upper Tier (lowest quality)
  2. Shortside Lower Tier
  3. Longside Upper Tier
  4. Longside Lower Tier
  5. VIP and Hospitality Categories (highest quality)

OR by Category System:

  1. Category 4 (lowest quality)
  2. Category 3
  3. Category 2
  4. Category 1
  5. VIP and Hospitality (highest quality - regardless of seating location)

Notification and Compensation:

In the unlikely event that Love1Ticket is unable to supply you with the exact ticket or service ordered, an upgrade or downgrade to the next available category will be offered. Customers will be contacted directly in such cases before delivery is made.

Refund for Downgrades:

If a downgrade occurs and you agree to accept the downgraded tickets, you will be entitled to a refund representing the difference in value between the tickets originally purchased and the tickets delivered. The refund will be based on the current market price at the time of substitution and not necessarily the price quoted at the time of your original booking. The maximum refund for a downgrade will be calculated as a percentage of the ticket cost paid, excluding all service fees, delivery fees, and administrative charges.

Event Organiser Changes:

On rare occasions, event organisers may reallocate seating locations due to production adjustments, stage configuration changes, or safety requirements, which may result in separated seats or different viewing angles than originally anticipated. Love1Ticket will inform you of any such changes before delivery where possible; however, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for seating changes made by event organisers. Love1Ticket and our suppliers are not liable for these changes as they are beyond our control.

3.9 DELIVERY GUARANTEE

In the rare event that you do not receive your tickets in time for the event (for events that are not cancelled), Love1Ticket will issue a full refund to you. This guarantee applies only when Love1Ticket has failed to deliver tickets before the event start time through no fault of the customer.

Love1Ticket's 100% Money Back Guarantee ensures that if we are unable to provide the tickets you purchased and no suitable alternative is offered, you will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price. In cases where tickets are not supplied due to circumstances within our control, any remedies as a gesture of goodwill are subject to Love1Ticket's discretion.

3.10 TICKET RESALE AND CONSIGNMENT POLICY

Customer-Initiated Resale:

If you wish to sell tickets that you have purchased from Love1Ticket, you may contact our customer service team to arrange a consignment sale. Love1Ticket will attempt to resell your tickets on your behalf on the following terms:

  • If Love1Ticket successfully resells your tickets, you will receive a refund for the amount recovered from the resale, minus any applicable service fees and administrative costs
  • If Love1Ticket cannot resell your tickets, the tickets will be returned to you or held for collection
  • You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets; however, if Love1Ticket cannot contact you to confirm pricing, we will price the tickets appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your cost as possible
  • In some cases, the resale price may be substantially less than what you originally paid due to market conditions
  • You must clearly inform Love1Ticket when you want unsold tickets returned to you

Automatic Consignment Due to Delivery Issues:

If your tickets are returned to Love1Ticket or our suppliers due to failed delivery (incorrect address, refused delivery, unavailability to sign, unclaimed post), Love1Ticket will attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

If you are unavailable or refuse delivery of your tickets, Love1Ticket will automatically place the tickets for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You retain the right to set the asking price for your tickets; however, if no communication can be made, Love1Ticket will price them appropriately to maximise recovery of your purchase amount.

At any time during the consignment period, you have the right to request that your tickets be sent back to you or held for collection at the venue.

Important Notice:

Love1Ticket cannot take responsibility under any circumstances for the timely delivery or successful resale of consignment tickets. Resale is subject to market demand and is not guaranteed. Service fees, delivery fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable even if tickets are placed on consignment.

Unauthorised resale of tickets purchased from Love1Ticket (including listing on third-party platforms without Love1Ticket's consent) may result in ticket cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of all payments made.

4. DELIVERY 

4.1 SELECTING TICKETS AND SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

As a customer, you may browse and select tickets listed on the Website. Once you have chosen your preferred ticket(s) at the stated price, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the purchase button, entering your credit or debit card details, and placing your order. Upon placing your order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected ticket(s) in accordance with these Terms.

4.1.2 Seating Information and Accuracy:

The seating charts displayed on the Website, along with specific seat and/or category information, serve as a guide when purchasing tickets but do not guarantee exact section, row, or seat locations. Love1Ticket works with trusted international ticket suppliers who list tickets for sale on our Website. While we make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors or last-minute changes made by event organisers.

If an error is discovered while processing your order, Love1Ticket will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternative seating options of equal or better quality, or the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

4.1.5 DELIVERY LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

Love1Ticket and our ticket suppliers utilize secure delivery methods and reputable courier services. However, once tickets have been dispatched or transferred via mobile application or email, Love1Ticket and our suppliers are no longer liable for delivery outcomes.

Love1Ticket is NOT liable for:

  • Tickets lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party courier services
  • Failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Tickets redirected to sorting offices due to customer unavailability
  • Customer failure to sign for delivery
  • Customer rejection or refusal of delivery
  • Customer failure to collect from sorting offices within the required timeframe
  • Tickets returned to sender due to unclaimed post or failed collection
  • Refused delivery by reception staff, concierge, or building management
  • Delivery delays caused by courier service errors
  • Customs delays for international deliveries
  • Address access issues (locked buildings, gated communities, security restrictions)

4.1.4 Digital Ticket Delivery:

For digital tickets sent via email or mobile device transfer:

  • Customers must check spam, junk, and promotional email folders
  • Customers must provide valid, accessible email addresses
  • Love1Ticket is not liable for email delivery failures, spam filters, or full mailboxes
  • Customers must have compatible devices and applications to receive mobile tickets
  • Once digital tickets are sent, delivery is considered complete

4.1.5 DELIVERY LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

Love1Ticket and our ticket suppliers utilise secure delivery methods and reputable courier services. However, once tickets have been dispatched or transferred via mobile application or email, Love1Ticket and our suppliers are no longer liable for delivery outcomes.

4.1.5(a) Love1Ticket is NOT liable for:

  • Tickets lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party courier services
  • Failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Tickets redirected to sorting offices due to customer unavailability
  • Customer failure to sign for delivery
  • Customer rejection or refusal of delivery
  • Customer failure to collect from sorting offices within the required timeframe
  • Tickets returned to sender due to unclaimed post or failed collection
  • Refused delivery by reception staff, concierge, or building management
  • Delivery delays caused by courier service errors
  • Customs delays for international deliveries
  • Address access issues (locked buildings, gated communities, security restrictions)

4.1.5(b) Digital Ticket Delivery:

For digital tickets sent via email or mobile device transfer:

  • Customers must check spam, junk, and promotional email folders
  • Customers must provide valid, accessible email addresses
  • Love1Ticket is not liable for email delivery failures, spam filters, or full mailboxes
  • Customers must have compatible devices and applications to receive mobile tickets
  • Once digital tickets are sent, delivery is considered complete

4.1.6 Final Responsibility:

It remains the customer's sole responsibility to ensure successful receipt of tickets, whether physical or digital. Under no circumstances will Love1Ticket or our suppliers be liable for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other expenses incurred by the customer in connection with ticket delivery issues, missed deliveries, or uncollected packages.

4.1.7 Verification Upon Receipt:

Once tickets have been delivered, it is your responsibility to immediately check the tickets for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies between the tickets received and what you ordered, you must notify Love1Ticket within 48 hours of receiving them. We will then endeavor to source equal or better tickets for you. Failure to report discrepancies within 48 hours will be deemed as acceptance of the delivered tickets.

4.1.8 View Classifications:

Tickets on the Website are classified as either "unrestricted view" or "restricted view." You acknowledge and accept that occasionally, some objects including overhangs, pillars, or structural features can partially obstruct your view (particularly in older stadiums and venues). An "unrestricted view" does not guarantee 100% unobstructed sightlines. Instead, "unrestricted" means that the view is not obstructed in a major way that would typically result in a ticket for this particular seat being sold at a significantly lower price by the event organiser.

4.1.9 Seating Categories:

Unless otherwise specified in the ticket listing, Love1Ticket will make every effort to seat tickets together as follows:

  • Single Seats: Individual seats not grouped together
  • Seated in Pairs: Maximum of two seats side-by-side
  • Up to 3 Together: Maximum of three seats together
  • Up to 4 Together: Maximum of four seats together
  • All Seats Together: All tickets seated as a single group
  • Unreserved Seating: General admission or free-seating areas
  • Standing Only: Tickets for standing spaces with no allocated seating

Please note that in some stadiums, "seating together" may include seats that are adjacent but arranged diagonally or with slight separation. Specific seating arrangements depend on ticket availability and may vary by event and venue.

4.2 DELIVERY METHODS AND TYPES OF TICKETS

Love1Ticket will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. However deliveries depend on the format of the ticket. These can either be regular physical tickets, membership cards or in most cases Electronic tickets. The most common ticket formats nowadays are either PDF files or Mobile Tickets.

4.2.1 Electronic Tickets

PDF Tickets or Mobile Passes aim to be issued 72 hours prior to the event date, subject to the release from the event organisers. Consequentially, this may result in digital delivery between 24/48 hours prior to the event date for our customers to print at home at their own convenience or scan using a smartphone.

In both cases, specific instructions are emailed to the buyer depending on their ticket selection.

4.2.2 Paper Tickets - Delivery and Collection

Deliveries are usually processed via Royal Mail, FedEx International, or other secure courier services, and all deliveries will require a signature on delivery. In some circumstances, the supplier may require you to meet a representative at or close to the venue on the day of the event. We will send you an email notification when your tickets are shipped, and you can expect them to arrive within 48 hours (usually 1 day) if sent by Royal Mail within the UK, and 7-10 days with FedEx International Delivery.

4.2.2.1(a) Delivery Attempts and Signature Requirements:

All ticket deliveries require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery or to make appropriate arrangements for someone at your delivery address to sign on your behalf.

4.2.2(b) Failed Delivery and Sorting Office Collection:

If you are not available to sign for ticket delivery and the courier redirects the package to a local sorting office or postal depot for collection, it is entirely your responsibility to collect the tickets from the sorting office within the timeframe specified by the courier service.

4.2.2(c) Love1Ticket accepts no liability whatsoever if:

  • Tickets are sent to a sorting office because you failed to sign for delivery
  • You reject delivery or refuse to accept the package
  • You fail to arrange re-delivery with the courier service
  • You do not collect tickets from the sorting office within the courier's holding period
  • Tickets are returned to sender due to non-collection from the sorting office
  • You provide incorrect delivery information resulting in failed delivery

4.2.2(d) Customer Responsibility for Sorting Office Collection:

If your tickets are held at a sorting office, you must:

  • Monitor tracking information and courier notifications
  • Collect tickets promptly within the holding period (typically 7-18 days depending on courier)
  • Present valid photo identification and the collection notice/card
  • Arrange collection before the event date with sufficient time to spare

4.2.2(e) Failed Collection - Automatic Consignment:

If you fail to collect tickets from a sorting office and they are returned to Love1Ticket or our suppliers, Love1Ticket will automatically place the tickets for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs, as detailed in Section 3.10 (Ticket Resale and Consignment Policy).

Important: In such cases:

  • Service fees, delivery fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable
  • The resale price may be substantially less than your original purchase price
  • Love1Ticket cannot guarantee successful resale of returned tickets
  • You will not be entitled to any refund if the tickets cannot be resold
  • Love1Ticket bears no responsibility for missed events due to uncollected tickets

4.2.2(f) Unclaimed or Returned Tickets - No Refunds:

If tickets are returned to Love1Ticket due to your failure to sign for delivery, rejection of delivery, refusal to collect from a sorting office, or provision of incorrect delivery information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refund will be issued for the ticket purchase
  • No refund will be issued for service fees, delivery fees, or administrative charges
  • Love1Ticket is not liable for any additional expenses including travel, accommodation, or other costs
  • The tickets become subject to consignment resale at Love1Ticket's discretion
  • Any successful resale proceeds (minus applicable fees) will be returned to you, but resale is not guaranteed

4.2.2(g) Advance Notification Requirements:

To minimize delivery issues, customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of booking
  • Inform reception staff at hotels, offices, or residential buildings that they are expecting a delivery
  • Ensure someone authorized is available to sign for delivery during business hours
  • Monitor email and tracking notifications from Love1Ticket and courier services
  • Contact Love1Ticket immediately if delivery information needs to be updated (subject to courier policies)

4.2.2(h) Re-delivery Arrangements:

If you miss the first delivery attempt, you must:

  • Contact the courier service directly to arrange re-delivery or sorting office collection
  • Ensure someone is available to sign for the re-delivery attempt
  • Bear any additional costs charged by the courier for re-delivery services

Love1Ticket cannot intervene with courier services once packages have been dispatched and cannot arrange re-delivery attempts on your behalf. Once tickets have been shipped, tracking and re-delivery arrangements are the customer's sole responsibility.

4.2.2(i) Time-Sensitive Nature:

Given the time-sensitive nature of event tickets, customers must act promptly to resolve any delivery issues. Failure to collect tickets with sufficient time before the event may result in missed events, and Love1Ticket bears no responsibility for such outcomes.

4.2.3 MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND SEASON TICKETS - RETURN REQUIREMENTS

When Love1Ticket delivers a Season Ticket (card) or Member Card for event access, customers must understand that these cards are only valid for the specific date and event booked through Love1Ticket.

4.2.3(a) Return Process:

Once the event concludes, the customer must immediately return the Membership Card or Season Ticket to Love1Ticket in accordance with instructions provided by Love1Ticket or our suppliers. Instructions may be communicated by phone, email, WhatsApp, or included as a letter within the delivery package.

4.2.3(b) For Customers Staying at Hotels (in the event city):

Customers are required to leave the Membership Card or Season Ticket in an envelope at the hotel reception or concierge desk on the same night following the event. The envelope must be clearly labeled with "Love1Ticket" or other names as specified in the instructions provided.

4.2.3(c) For Meet-up Returns:

In some cases, customers may be required to meet Love1Ticket's venue representatives after the event to return the cards, as these cards contain access credentials for future events at the venue.

4.2.3(d) Failure to Return - Penalties:

If a customer holding a Membership Card or Season Ticket loses the card, fails to return it as instructed, or does not meet Love1Ticket's venue representatives after the event, the customer will be liable for automatic charges to their credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

By failing to return these cards, customers give Love1Ticket full authority to charge their credit card with the full ticket price for every subsequent event held at the respective venue. The prices displayed on the Love1Ticket Website will serve as the charging basis per event. A minimum penalty of £1,000 GBP (or equivalent in the transaction currency) may be applied per unreturned Membership Card or Season Ticket.

Love1Ticket and its affiliated partners reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any unpaid penalties, service fees, and associated legal costs arising from unreturned cards.

4.2.3(e) Collection Requirements:

When collecting Membership Cards or Season Tickets at the venue or designated collection point, customers must present:

  • The ticket confirmation email
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license)
  • The credit card used for purchase (where applicable)

Membership Cards and Season Tickets can only be used for the specific date and event for which they were purchased from Love1Ticket and cannot be used for any other events.

4.3 ACCURACY

We endeavour to get the tickets to you as soon as reasonably possible. Once tickets have been delivered, it is your responsibility to immediately check the tickets for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies between the tickets received and what you ordered, you must immediately notify Love1Ticket and return the tickets to us by recorded delivery or equivalent. We will then endeavour to source equal or better tickets for you. If you do not return incorrect tickets to us and or subsequently use such tickets you shall in no circumstances be entitled to a refund. In circumstances where you report a discrepancy while at the event, you are urged to contact Love1Ticket Immediately as the ticket might be replaced with a valid ticket (if possible). If replaced, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Further, in circumstances where you report a discrepancy after the event, we will be unable to replace the tickets, and you will, by default, accept the delivered tickets as valid.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

5.1 LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Love1Ticket does not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, some of the disclaimers and exclusions stated below may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.

5.2 FORCE MAJEURE AND CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Love1Ticket will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to bookings, or any loss or damage to you arising out of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (including but not limited to rain-outs, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, severe weather)
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • War, armed conflict, or threat of war
  • Terrorism or terrorist threats
  • Civil unrest, riots, or political instability
  • Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
  • Government regulations, sanctions, or restrictions
  • Venue closures or capacity restrictions imposed by authorities
  • Event organiser decisions or cancellations

5.3 "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS

You understand and agree that you are using Love1Ticket's Website and services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Love1Ticket makes no warranty with respect to:

  • The Website, software, or services provided
  • Any tickets, events, or venue conditions
  • Any user content or third-party information
  • The performance or fulfillment capabilities of sellers or suppliers

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law and except as specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions, Love1Ticket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Title or non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of information
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

5.4 EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Love1Ticket will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  • Use of, or inability to use, the Website
  • Use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website
  • Purchase of tickets or services through the Website

5.4.1. Love1Ticket will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue

  • Travel expenses, including flights and transportation costs
  • Accommodation expenses, including hotel reservations

  • Any losses arising from event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling
  • Losses arising from venue changes, partial performances, or artist/performer changes
  • Additional expenses incurred due to ticket delivery delays or collection requirements

5.5 PLATFORM OPERATION

Love1Ticket (including our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees) does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services. The operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control, including internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, cyber attacks, or third-party service disruptions.

All services and access to the Website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by UAE law, Love1Ticket excludes all implied warranties, conditions, or terms, whether statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to those related to skill, care, or timeliness of performance.

5.6 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Love1Ticket is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services provided by:

  • Event organisers, promoters, or venues
  • Ticket sellers or suppliers in our network
  • Delivery companies or courier services
  • Payment processors or financial institutions
  • Hotels or accommodation providers
  • Airlines or transportation companies

Any claims relating to third party services must be directed to the appropriate third party, and Love1Ticket bears no liability for such services.

We (and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and the operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Our website and our services are provided "as are" and as and when available, and to the extent permissible by law we exclude all implied warranties, conditions or other terms, whether implied by statute or otherwise, including without limitation any terms as to skill and care or timeliness of performance. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Any terms and conditions proposed by you in addition to, or in conflict with this Buyer Agreement, are expressly rejected by love1ticket.com

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
