SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, is the newest and most technologically spectacular venue at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, it hosts eight matches including the USMNT's group stage games and a quarter-final. The stadium will serve as the main stadium of the LA 2028 Olympic Games, making it the defining sports venue of this era in one of the world's great cities.

Stadium Overview
SoFi Stadium opened on 8 September 2020 in Inglewood, California, approximately three miles from Los Angeles International Airport. It has a World Cup capacity of 70,000. The home of both the NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. The stadium is built partly below ground level to comply with LAX flight path restrictions and is covered by a translucent roof canopy that allows natural light. The enormous double sided centre hung video boards are the largest of its kind in world sport.

The stadium will also feature their final group fixture, rounds of 32 matches and a quarter-final. The Los Angeles region has hosted more World Cup matches than anywhere else in the United States across 1994, 1999 and 2003 totalling 18 games, including both the 1994 men's final and the 1999 women's final. NFL games, major concerts, boxing and entertainment events are schedule all year, so there's always something to do. SoFi Stadium's lower bowl is exceptionally close to the pitch, with steep angles that make even the back rows feel involved in the action. The Founders Club and other premium club areas on the club level offer some of the most luxurious matchday hospitality experiences. The upper deck provides wide panoramic views of the full bowl. Family friendly sections are available in designated areas of the lower bowl, and accessible seating with companion spaces is distributed throughout all levels of the venue.
