Food and drink: Concession kiosks and bars are located throughout all stand concourses. The South Stand has the largest concourse in the ground and is a popular pre-match hub with multiple bars and regularly features DJs and live entertainment before kick-off.

Payment: The Etihad operates as a cashless venue. Card and contactless payment only throughout the stadium.

Tickets: Digital tickets only.

Club shop: The official Manchester City club shop is located at the Etihad Campus and is open on matchdays and non-matchdays.

Stadium tour and museum: The Manchester City stadium tour and museum experience is available all year and is rated highly by fans. Pre-booking is strongly recommended. Tours are unavailable on matchdays.

Hospitality: Multiple hospitality packages are available at the Etihad, ranging from premium lounge access to the Tunnel Club, one of the most exclusive matchday hospitality options in English football, offering pitch side access and interaction with players.

Kids Fan Zone: A free pre-match Kids Fan Zone is available at the Etihad on matchdays. Pre-booking is required through the official Manchester City website.

Sensory suite: A dedicated sensory suite is located in the North Stand for supporters with sensory processing needs, allowing the match to be watched in a calmer environment.

Accessible facilities: Wheelchair platforms with companion seats are provided in all four stands. Blue badge parking is available with pre-booking.

Parking: Limited matchday parking is available on site, with priority given to season ticket holders. Pre-booking is required. Blue badge parking costs £7 for solo drivers. General parking in the surrounding area is heavily restricted on matchdays, therefore, public transport is strongly recommended.

City Square fan zone: A new covered City Square fan zone with capacity for 3,000 people is part of the ongoing campus development, due to open as part of the expanded North Stand project.
