See all →England vs Croatia: World Cup 2026 group stage, AT&T Stadium, 17 June
England face Croatia in World Cup 2026 Group L on Wednesday 17 June, with kick-off at 3pm CDT (8pm UTC) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The stadium holds 80,000 and is the home of the Dallas Cowboys NFL franchise, having opened in 2009.
How to get a ticket
FIFA's Last-Minute Sales Phase launched on 1 April 2026 and runs through to the end of the tournament. Unlike the earlier ballot phases, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis with immediate confirmation. You can access it directly at FIFA.com/tickets.
Beyond the official resale platform, verified resale marketplaces with buyer protection will also carry listings. Availability on all resale channels can be sporadic, so check back regularly and have your payment details ready before you start browsing.
What will a ticket cost?
FIFA splits World Cup group-stage tickets into four categories. Category 1 is in the lower tier and is the most expensive; Category 2 covers upper and lower tier areas outside Category 1; Category 3 is mainly upper tier; Category 4 is the most affordable, also in the upper tier.
On the resale market, England's group games are among the most sought-after at the tournament, and prices on the official FIFA resale platform are running well above face value. The Football Supporters' Association's England fans' group has noted that some supporters are holding off in the hope that prices ease closer to the matches, pointing to the Club World Cup as a precedent where cheaper tickets became available nearer to kick-off.
Getting to AT&T Stadium
AT&T Stadium is at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011. Arlington sits between Dallas and Fort Worth and is not directly served by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) light rail network, so most fans drive or use ride-share services. Plan extra time on matchday given the size of the crowd. The stadium has hosted the Copa America in 2024 and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2025, so the local infrastructure is well-practised at large football events.
Arrive early. An 80,000-capacity venue with a high proportion of travelling England fans will mean long queues at entry points. Check FIFA's official matchday guidance for bag policy and prohibited items before you leave your hotel.
England vs Croatia: what's the history?
The two sides have met at a World Cup once before. In 2018, Croatia beat England in extra time in the semi-final to reach the final in Moscow. That is the only World Cup meeting between the two countries.
In recent form across their last five matches, England have scored 10 goals and conceded 2, with one of those five games going over 2.5 goals. Croatia have scored 12 and conceded 7 across their last five, with all five of those games going over 2.5 goals and four seeing both teams score.
