• If you're flying in, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is around 10 miles south. The MARTA Gold and Red lines connect the airport to downtown, where you can transfer to the stadium lines.

FIFA World Cup venues operate strict security. Bags larger than roughly 30cm x 15cm are usually prohibited, and all bags go through screening. Arrive at least 90 minutes before kick-off to clear security without rushing.

Atlanta in mid-July is hot and humid temperatures regularly reach the low-to-mid 30s Celsius. The stadium's retractable roof may be closed for climate control, but bring water and light clothing regardless.
