Getting to Cardiff

The Principality Stadium is in central Cardiff, a short walk from Cardiff Central railway station. Direct trains run from London Paddington to Cardiff Central in around two hours. Services also connect from Manchester Piccadilly with a change at Bristol or via the Cross Country route.

• Cardiff Central station is roughly a five-minute walk from the stadium.
• Book rail tickets early, trains on match day fill up fast.
• Avoid driving into central Cardiff on match day; use a park-and-ride site instead.
• Arrive at least 90 minutes before kick-off. The city centre gets congested when the stadium is full.

The stadium operates a cashless policy for food and drink, so bring a card or use contactless payment.
