The 2025/26 UEFA Champions League Final takes place on Saturday 30 May 2026 at Puskás Aréna in Budapest, with kick-off at 18:00 local time (CEST). The stadium has a matchday capacity of 61,400 for the final.
How tickets are allocated
UEFA confirmed that each of the two finalists receives 17,200 tickets from the overall allocation. A further 4,600 tickets go into a global sale through UEFA's website, open to fans worldwide. More than 22,000 tickets are reserved for broadcasters, sponsors, football federations and guests.
The lottery is UEFA's main route for neutral fans. Winners must register a mobile phone number, and the ticket is non-transferable. You access the stadium using that registered device on the day. Fans who enter the lottery but are unsuccessful can then access a resale pool through UEFA's own platform, where tickets must be sold at face value with no seller fee.
If your club reaches the final, check their official ticketing channels immediately. The two finalists control their 17,200-ticket allocations directly, and those tend to go to season-ticket holders and members.
What are the official ticket prices?
UEFA has confirmed that face-value prices for the Budapest final are frozen at the same levels as the 2025 final in Munich. The categories are:
- Category 1: €950
- Category 2: €650
- Category 3: €180
- Fans First (Category 4, for supporters of the two finalists): €70
- Disabled spectator tickets: €70, with one free companion ticket
The €70 Fans First tickets have been held at that price for a third consecutive year, according to UEFA's announcement. These are only available through the finalists' own allocations, not the general lottery.
What about the secondary market?
UEFA operates its own resale platform for this final, restricted to fans who were unsuccessful in the lottery. If you look beyond UEFA's official resale route, verified resale marketplaces like Love1Ticket will carry listings, but expect prices to sit well above face value, particularly once the two finalists are confirmed. Prices on the secondary market typically rise closer to kick-off as demand increases.
Getting to Puskás Aréna
UEFA's event guide recommends checking the dedicated travel page for specific matchday routes to the stadium. Puskás Aréna is the home of the Hungary national football team and is well connected from central Budapest.
Gates open at 15:00 for the 18:00 kick-off. UEFA recommends arriving at least three hours before kick-off to allow time for ticket and security checks. Once you leave the stadium, you cannot re-enter.
What to bring on matchday
- Valid original ID — a passport, national ID card or driving licence. ID checks are mandatory by law for all ticket holders entering Puskás Aréna.
- Your UEFA Mobile Tickets app loaded with your ticket. All tickets are delivered digitally through this app; there are no paper tickets.
- A debit or credit card, or a mobile payment method. Puskás Aréna is a cashless stadium.

Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid match ticket. There is no minimum age to attend, but every person, including infants will need their own valid ticket.
